How does the hookah work?

The tombac on the shisha head, the charcoal on the top, water in the Hookah container, you're ready to go.
When sucking on the hose tip, the smoke coming from the burning tombac from the Shisha head travels down stem and underwater, the smoke then rises in air bubbles above the water in the glass container and continue traveling inside the hose toward the smoker's mouth.
